This summer we have lots of plans, and, now that restrictions are lifted and everyone knows that we have such a beautiful garden to spend the summer in we expect to be super busy.

If you are applying as a Chef we would really like to hear about the sort of food you love cooking and the dishes you are most proud of creating, so as well as where you have worked, let us know what you have done.
We are serious about our food and you will need to have experience of working in a kitchen producing everything from scratch and have knowledge of classic technique. Our ethos is local, seasonal and Scottish but with imagination and attention to detail.
Our food is creative but rooted in the local Scottish larder and we use quality suppliers and producers. Service is busy, fast and full on so you need to be able to keep cool under pressure.
Kitchen Porters (KP’s) – you must be over 16. Please let us know about any school, college or sports commitments
that you have.
Ideally, you will have experience of waiting and bar with plenty of common sense and a great attitude. Experience isn’t everything though, and if you have plenty of personality, problem solving ability and are ready to work hard then get in touch.
Please note, we only employ over 18’s to work Front of House.
We offer a Four Day working week, excellent rates of pay plus really substantial tips.
You will need your own transport if you do not live locally as buses are not frequent, especially late at night. Unfortunately we do not offer any live-in positions.
