Blair Athol 7 – Jamaican Rum Finish
Tullibardine 7 – Saint Emilion Cask Matured
Glengoyne 11 – Pedro Ximenez Sherry Quarter Cask Finish
Aultmore 9 – Madeira Wine Octave Finish
MacDuff 16 – Single Cask, Cask Strength (possibly)
We will be accompanying the whisky with some charcuterie from East Coast Cured.
